Our mission is to improve total health by advancing the art and science of dental hygiene, expanding access to preventive oral healthcare, and supporting hygiene professionals in Metro Detroit. Our vision is a community where preventive dental hygiene is universally recognized as vital to overall health, delivered by empowered, standard-setting professionals.
A non-profit professional membership association serving registered dental hygienists, educators, and hygiene students throughout Wayne, Oakland, and Macomb counties, and a component organization of the Michigan Dental Hygienists' Association (MDHA) and the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA).
